Because of the kind of work we do, and the level of trust that we need to build, it’s essential that we get along. Sometimes, after an initial conversation or so, it’s clear to both sides that we don’t click. There’s nothing wrong with that, it can happen. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know right away – and ask you to do the same!
We will collaborate with anyone in your team to achieve our agreed outcomes, but if you’re too busy to work with us, then you’re either not really facing a critical problem or you’re not interested in bringing in a real transformation. In either case, we are not the right people to hire.
We can help you with almost anything in the transformation journey, but you must want to do it and stay the course if and when things get ugly.
If you can see the problems and obstacles in the market or the product, the team or the organisation…. but not how you contribute to them yourself, then transformation won’t happen. Although it can be tough, the first step is taking responsibility for what you can and should do differently.
Our role is to enable your success as a way of helping your organisation to achieve its goals. Our contract is with them, and at the end of the day, we’re morally (and legally) bound to protect their investment. We will say “No” if this is the best for the organisation.
Short term impact is critical but we will always strive for what´s best for the business and its customers in the longer term. We are not quick fixes for the “issue of the day”.
