Curious and generalist at heart, I’m a strategist, facilitator and coach who helps senior leaders create the conditions for real change.
I work with CEOs, divisional presidents and general managers on business transformation, growth and leadership. My work has included strategic direction-setting, execution, leadership team alignment, cultural change and post-merger integration across a wide range of sectors and geographies.
I’m fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with working knowledge of French.
Happiness is a summer evening dinner with family and friends, time in the garden, sitting at the piano, reading, and playing padel.
My ambition is to build Bluinstant into a globally recognised partner for leaders navigating complex change - combining transformation work, thought leadership and immersive experiences that help people think more clearly, lead more courageously and create organisations that perform and endure.
